I am an independent writer, curator, and artist advisor based in New York. I specialize in writing in-depth, theory-driven analyses of modern and contemporary artists for auction houses, galleries, and museums. I also work with emerging artists by curating exhibitions, spearheading fundraising approaches, and consulting on career development.

Beginning my career at Tate in London before moving on to the Whitechapel Gallery, I have ten years of professional experience in curatorial and senior development roles, as well as an international network of artists, collectors, curators, galleries, and other art world contacts.

I hold two master’s degrees with honors, in Modern and Contemporary Art History from the Courtauld Institute of Art, London, and in English Literature from the University of Warwick, UK. If you would like to discuss any current or upcoming projects with me, please get in touch.
